Benjamin "Ben" McNabb, PharmD, is an independent community pharmacist and owner of Love Oak Pharmacy in Eastland, Texas. He is actively involved in pharmacy leadership at both the state and national levels, serving with the Texas Pharmacy Association and the National Community Pharmacists Association. Ben's work focuses on advancing community-based care models that integrate pharmacy with behavioral health, primary care, and community resources. He has a strong interest in improving medication access, adherence, and care coordination through collaborative, team-based approaches, including partnerships with CINs and community health workers.
